Anal sex, when done properly, is like any sexual act.

Some people find anal sex quite pleasurable, while others don’t enjoy it. Everybody has different sensations

It shouldn’t be surprising that anal sex can be pleasurable, given that both the anus and part of the rectum are filled with a very large number of nerve endings. 

When stimulated, these nerve endings can produce strong sensations. 

In addition, during anal penetration, the penis can indirectly stimulate the G-spot in women and the prostate gland in men and this can add pleasurable sensations to the experience.
