Tips for men: How to support your partner in contraceptive use

When it comes to contraceptive use, both the man and woman need to support each other. Contraception should not be left to the woman alone. 

Here are some things you can do as man to support your partner starting now:

Be a supportive partner. If you have a female partner, support her choice. Not only in choosing the contraception, but also in using that chosen method correctly. Reminder her once in a wile for example. 

Use contraception yourself. If you are a condom user, use it every time you have sex. And if you and your partner want no more children, consider a vasectomy.
