I am witnessing cyberbullying. What should I do?

If you are witnessing someone being cyberbullied, just like face-to-face bullying, you have a role to play in helping to stop the abuse. 

You can do the following. 

• Report them. If the content is on social media, you can report the post as inappropriate and ask for it to be taken down.
• Speak against what they are doing. Telling the person what they are doing is not okay can motivate them to stop.
