He Ejaculated (Came) Inside Me. Am I Pregnant? What can I do?

It is possible, but not certain, that you are or will be pregnant.

If your boyfriend ejaculated inside you, there were certainly sperm inside your vagina—and the sperm was able to start its journey toward your fallopian tubes. 

But this is not sufficient to get you pregnant.

For you to get pregnant, two more things must also happen:

1. Sperm must fertilize the egg released by your ovary during its 12 to 24 hours of life.
2. The fertilized egg must successfully implant into the uterine wall.

If sperm arrives too early or too late for the egg, or if the fertilized egg fails to implant, there will be no pregnancy.

So, again, you are at risk of being or getting pregnant, but it is not definite.
