He Pulled out and Ejaculated (came) Outside Me. Am I safe from Pregnancy?

Unfortunately, no.

Keep in mind that in order for there to be a risk of getting pregnant, a certain amount of sperm, found primarily in semen or cum but sometimes also found in pre-ejaculatory fluid or pre-cum, must enter your vagina.

If your boyfriend pulls out and ejaculates outside you, you are avoiding the risk from semen but not the risk from pre-ejaculatory fluid.

Once a man has an erection, pre-ejaculatory fluid starts exiting the urethra or the small hole in the penis’s tip. 

Having an erect penis inside you—even before ejaculation—means that a certain amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid is inside your vagina. 

And the fact that sperm can be present in pre-ejaculatory fluid puts you at risk of getting pregnant.
