How do I tell my partner to stop texting/calling me all the time?

If your partner text you or call you all the time, you need to put a stop to it as soon as possible

The longer this continues, the more your partner will get the idea that you are okay with this invasion of your privacy, and stopping the behavior will become much harder. 

Keep in mind that a healthy relationship involves time apart as well as time together. 

Find the right moment to raise the subject, and then get right to the point. Tell your partner that you find this amount of interaction too intense 

Your partner will probably try to justify his or her behavior by saying that all the texting is mainly due to strong feelings for your and the desire to be with you all the time.

Tell your partner that you have strong feelings too but you limit your texts and calls out of respect for your partner’s right to have alone time
