Here are some few tips on looking after your emotional and mental health;

  3. Exercise regularly. Exercising regularly can boost your self-esteem. It also keeps your brain and body organs healthy.

  5. Avoid abusing drugs and alcohol. Doing drugs is not a good way of dealing with your emotion 
  6. Seek help and support from a professional. A professional such as counselor can be of great help
  7. Keep in touch with friends who make you feel good about yourself 
  8. Give yourself and body a break. A change of scene or a change of pace is good for your mental health. A few minutes can be enough to de-stress you. Give yourself some ‘me time’.
  9. Do the things you love doing. They could be your hobbies 
  10. Accept who you are. Feel good about yourself always
  11. Be nice to others and also care for them. This will help you maintain your relationships and also bring you together.
